Feminist Climate is a digital organisation dedicated to promoting gender equality. Our mission is to educate, advocate, and provide gender equality services to social movements, communities, organisations, and businesses looking to enhance their work and foster feminist-friendly spaces.
At Feminist Climate, our primary objective is to tackle gender disparities, empower women, and confront systemic biases that sustain inequality. We bring expertise in comprehending the intricacies of gender-related issues and grassroots feminist organising. With this knowledge, we support organisations and businesses in the creation of more inclusive and equitable environments.
WHAT WE DO
Our team integrates qualitative and quantitative research methods, analytical rigour, expertise in women’s movements, open-source data collection technology, and proficiency in public communications to generate impactful gender data.
We cultivate in-depth knowledge of change trajectories, empower activists to convey their narratives, and share these insights with a diverse audience of practitioners and policymakers. Additionally, we provide a range of consulting services to organisations to bolster their contributions to gender equality and promote feminist leadership. We also offer courses on feminist leadership and transformative change.
Our capacity-building services encompass training, learning, and strategic planning workshops aimed at enhancing gender equality and inclusion in both organisations and their endeavours. We apply an equity-focused evaluation approach, fostering participatory analysis and embracing multiple perspectives when assessing interventions or programs. Furthermore, we extend our support to philanthropists, corporate and private foundations, as well as the corporate social responsibility (CSR) wings of companies, helping them integrate a stronger emphasis on gender equality into their initiatives.
